How to apply for getting the Participation Card(s)

• 1. If you have not reserved your ticket(s) of KYOANI AND DO FAN DAYS 2017 yet, please reserve from here.
• 2. Once you finish reserving your ticket(s), we will send you a Reservation Confirmation Email. And in the Email, you can get your reservation No., which is necessary for you to apply for the Participation Card(s) of Stage Event.
• 3. Please click on of the bottom buttons and fill out the application form.
• 4. After you submit the form, our system will automatically send you an Application Confirming Email to the address that you registered.

The result of your application

On around Sep. 1, we will randomly select and inform you whether you have been selected or not to the address that you registered.

How to receive the Participation Card(s)

If you are selected, we will give you the Participation Card(s) at the counter when you buy your ticket on that day(s).

If you have any inquiries about the event, please contact us from the email form.
We ask for your kind understanding in advance that we will be unable to accept your inquiries about the selection result after Thu, Aug. 31, 10:00am.

Notice

About the Participation Card

• In case of too many applications, we will randomly select due to the limit of seats.
  This sellection is NOT on first-come basis.
• All seats are reserved in the Stage Event Area; you cannot select your seat.
• Per one(1) event ticket, you can apply for the Stage Events hold on either of the two days, Oct.28 or 29.
  If you apply for both days with one(1) ticket, you will lose the right to get your Participation Card.
• We will never reissue Participation Card(s).
  Please be careful not to lose your Participation Card(s).
• We strictly prohibit reselling and scalping your ticket(s) and Participation Card(s) to any third parties.

Application for the Participation Card

• You can apply for the Participation Card(s) as many times as the number of the tickets you reserved.
  example; if you reserve three tickets, you can apply three times.
• If you apply more times than the number of tickets you reserved, you will lose the right of getting any Participation Cards.
• One application is valid for one person.
  You can apply for up to four(4) Stage Events in one application.
• It is possible that you got two or more Participation Cards. If you did so, you can attend all of them regardless of the number of your tickets.
• Because we will randomly select, even if you reserved two or more tickets for your family, friends, etc. and applied with each of them, you may not get everyone’s Participation Card.
• One Participation Card is valid for one person.
• Please note if your child is 12 years old or younger, he/she can enter the Stage Event with you.
  One parent/guardian can enter with one child.
  You cannot change the number of children after you receive the result of the sellection.
• Please fill in your name and email address that you registered for your ticket reservation.
• If you canceled your reservation of ticket(s), you inevitably lose the right of getting the Participation Card(s).
• Once an application has been submitted, you cannot make any changes to it. Please check the form carefully before you submit.
• We cannot accept any applications after the deadline. Please be careful about the application period.
• After you submit the form, our system will automatically send you an Application Confirming Email to the address that you registered. Please be sure to set your device to receive the Email from the domain“@kyotoanimation.co.jp”.
  Please check the Email thoroughly.
  If you couldn’t receive the Application Confirming Email, please inquire of us from the email form.
• We will randomly select and inform you whether you have been selected or not to the address that you registered.
